Enjoyed a flaky croissant. With melted provolone cheese on top of the Lauryn's Lemon Basil chicken salad. Came with a side choice....I went with the Egg Salad. Also came with a pickle, wheat crackers and mini buttercream frosted cookie....Delicious! Got a couple fresh lemons and squeezed it on the Lemon Basil chicken salad...took it up a notch.....Yum! Thank you for a great lunch!

In Atlanta, these are everywhere! So glad to see one here in Jacksonville. I got the Kickin Kay BLT on a croissant with potato soup. The soup was amazing. It was rich and very delicious. The BLT was good, other than the croissant not being fresh. It tasted like the croissant's were made the day before so I was a little disappointed in that. The customer service was outstanding ! I will be returning.

husband and I obsessed with this place no complaints there the food is so good! But second time we’ve come and they mess up the food somehow? came back today and my sandwich somehow had to get fixed twice :(( I really love this place but I think the staff needs better communication within themselves. Are we still gonna keep coming back yes lol we love the food ALOT!! it just feels wasteful with the constant having to get my order right. The staff are super nice tho!

The staff is always friendly and they make sure you have everything you need for your meal. The chicken salad has always been delicious when I come. The soup is a favorite any time of year. If you haven’t tried CSC you’re missing out.

This is my first visit to a Chicken Salad Chick. It reminded me of a Chick-Fil-A with the cleanliness, friendly staff, and great food! I got the Fancy Nancy scoop, Loaded Potato soup, and Broccoli Salad. All were delicious! The soup reminded me of an old Ruby Tuesdays/O’Charley’s recipe. Mac & Cheese was cheesy and delicious (not the Kraft kind). If you’re getting soup, there is a soup schedule and each day they offer 3-4 different kinds. I do want to return to try their Tomato Bisque soup and other chicken salad scoops. See the menu below.

I had a sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup. The chicken salad and broccoli soup was good. The croissant was cold, and hard not good at all. Maybe if the croissant was warmed it would be better.

The croissant chicken salad sandwiches were pretty good. My wife had the sassy one and I had the one with apples and grapes I enjoyed my fresh fruit cup too. My wife loved her pasta salad too.

The food was great, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The lobby was clean, and the staff asked multiple times if my guest and I were doing ok. One staff member specifically (Janine) came by and grabbed our trash from the table as we were finished and provided her recommendation as for our next choice in flavors (it was our first time visiting). Janine was very pleasant and attentive to asking if we liked savory or sweet, hot or cold sandwiches... She was really trying to get to know us to help us decide for our next visit. Thank you, Janine! You provided the "Extra" in Customer Care, and I can't wait to try the Sassy next time!
